Lexicon

The downloadable build contains 602 parsed rows from the public Enochian Language Database PDF, described by its compiler as an incomplete A-Z database. Spellings, meanings and pronunciation notes are retained as reference data and should not be treated as unanimous scholarly consensus.

Translation method

The engine matches the longest English phrase it can find, then uses single-word matching and simple inflection normalization. Unknown words are transliterated and clearly labeled. Non-English text is first converted to English through a server-side translation-memory service before Enochian lookup.

Limitations

The historical corpus is small, many forms are ambiguous, and modern sentence-level translation cannot be guaranteed. The output is a research and reference aid, not an authoritative reconstruction.

Important results should be checked against Dee manuscripts and modern scholarly works, including Donald C. Laycock’s linguistic study of the corpus.
